The King Estate Visitor Center will be closed the evening of Friday, September 10th for a private event. The last public tour and seating for lunch will be at 4:00 pm.

at 5:30 and 6:00 PM.
Blooming! Estate Grown Organic Lavender
It is said that the ancient Greeks and Romans added lavender to their bathwater, both for its fragrance and therapeutic properties. This would explain the botanical name of this ancient herb, from the Latin ‘lavare,’ meaning ‘to wash.’ But lavender isn’t limited to the bath. It can be used in any room of the house and even has a home in the spice cabinet (after all, it is in the same family as mint). A bundle hung in the closet is thought to deter moths and the oil is used in aromatherapy in the treatment of headaches and to reduce tension.
Sunriver, OR: Winemaker Dinner
The Sunriver Resort Meadows Restaurant Staff and Culinary team are excited to announce the upcoming Sunfest Winemaker’s Dinner on Saturday, July 24th at 6pm in the Hearth Room. The event will feature a 6-course Tasting Menu crafted by Sunriver Resort’s Chef Fabrice and his team, paired with wines from King Estate Winery, chosen by Assistant Winemaker, Christopher Hudson.
