Our relationship with this Eugene-based non-profit organization has grown into a strong and fruitful partnership leading to the development of innovative, organic pest control methods. We honor their work with an evening of fine wine and gourmet cuisine in the company of CRC’s beautiful raptors.  Register here.

Potato and seaweed ‘nest’ with river caught salmon, Kumamoto oysters, Ossetra caviar and estate herbs

Poached duck eggs with chanterelles, duck prosciutto and jerky breast meat

Lava Lake lamb with braised endive, roasted grapes and cardamom sauce

Vulture’s Venue
Rib eye of beef with beef short ribs, porcini mushroom torte and beetroot jam

Red wine poached fruit with caramel ice cream and chocolate meringue
