Dishing Up Oregon celebrates the state’s rich and varied food culture and traditions with a collection of 145 recipes from Oregon chefs, farmers and artisans. Profiles and full-color photography of restaurants, farms, inns and vineyards around the state make this an engaging food-lover’s read as well as a cookbook. The cookbook is the fourth book in successful series of regional titles from Storey Publishing. Author Ashley Gartland is a Portland-based food writer whose work has appeared in Saveur, MIX and Tasting Table.
