Wine & Food PairingFood and wine pairing is a subjective process - nobody is always right, no one wrong. The old rules (red wine with meat / white wine with fish) are just that - old! These days you're more likely to hear food and wine suggestions than hard and fast rules. There's always room for experimentation and expression of your own personality in pairing food and wine.
