Growing Season
Oregon weather was warm during the bloom period and the fruit set was exceptional. The summer was unseasonably cool and cloudy which significantly prolonged fruit maturation.
Fortunately, the fall was hot and dry and the fruit reached full maturity and was harvested before the fall rains started. The long maturation period produced fruit with excellent depth and complexity of flavor.
