King Estate Winery, located in Eugene Oregon is seeking experienced individuals to join our Culinary Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing the meal service and to execute this task with the upmost pride and quality. The Line Cook must create daily lists and maintain freshness at all times. He or She is responsible for keeping the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage spaces clean and sanitized. This individual is accountable for ensuring that the kitchen has all quality ingredients needed for service and to communicate any concerns to the Executive Chef.


• Culinary Experience
• Must be able to prioritize production levels and deadlines
• Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work schedule, ability to work all shifts
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be ready and able to follow all recipes and take direction from the Sous Chef and/or the Chef De Cuisine
