Oregon’s leading family-owned winery King Estate has an exciting new position for a Wine Club Coordinator and Order Processor to assist in all aspects of direct orders and order processing for Wholesale Customers. In this position you will process all orders and provide regular reports to management. This position will enter all consumer wine shipments including tracking of all outcomes, as well as coordinate the entire FedEx and other shipping relationships. The position requires gracious and efficient communication skills with customers as well as detailed reporting within the company. King Estate especially hopes to speak with candidates with two or more years of experience in a similar position combining shipping, inventory management, and customer service. This position will be a full-time position in the Accounting department.

Essential Job Functions:
• Daily calls, voice messages and email communication with wine club members and wholesale customers
• Process all online orders from our website, process and coordinate all club releases
• Proactively contact club members to update information prior to shipments
• Proactively manage eWinery and MailChimp databases updating, adding or delegating information as needed
• Process all returns from club members and web orders
• Enter all orders accurately and timely and ensures special instructions are followed
• Manage data collection from club members and compile reports for management based on data collected
• Create invoices for wholesale customers upon shipments
• Create invoices for events
• Invoice and process internal requests for wine
• Track wine club and web order shipments for desired outcomes
• Follow through to ensure consumer satisfaction
• Demonstrate gracious and efficient communication skills
• Coordination with Director of E-commerce for all wine club releases and direct to consumer marketing activities
• Coordinate wine club release events with Event Coordinator
• Ability to pull detailed reports for management
• Management of the FedEx and UPS relationships
• Assist with packaging and shipment of wine club releases as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience with efficient data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and abilities
• High level of memory retention
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office with an emphasis in Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Logistics experience preferred
• Knowledge of shipping and inventory management a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work, evenings and/or weekends when applicable for Wine Club events
